Who is Jakman?

A young artist from Senegal who grew up in the Paris suburbs, Jakman aka The Urban Cowboy, is a “self-portrait character” that you will find in each of these works.

Inspired by these origins, his daily life, fashion, cinema and even past eras, this sheriff is always adorned with his famous “crown”: the Stetson.

The project

As a young emerging artist with a strong presence on social media, Jakman's attention naturally focused on creating an online gallery that could show his art and allow him to sell it directly online.

Then, even being an artist, a graphic designer being a completely different profession, the help of a graphic designer regarding the communication of different projects or events was also part of these requests.

The E-commerce Website

You can find on its site its color palette (graphic charter), and its integrated logo, a home page, 6 collections, 10 pages presenting these latest exhibitions, 1 biography page and 1 contact page with a contact form.

Then, the 3 websites are also available in French and English using a language selector that has been installed there.

He is therefore today able to exhibit and sell his art through this online gallery, as well as to show his community and these collectors different information, from these latest and upcoming exhibitions, to these contact details to contact him.

However, despite his desire to increase his online presence, Jakman prefers to focus on creating new works, and not at all on managing his site.
